We're not sure why, but our main phone contact (my blackberry) is acting really strange.  We've confirmed that several folks have gotten an automated "disconnected" message when trying to reach us, and that the device is now also not calling out.  Not sure what the explanation is, but we're looking into it.  In the meantime, if you are trying to reach us, use the email form on the contact page.  Thanks, and sorry about this.
